Reservation Policy:

Payment Terms: 50% Deposits are required on all reservations. Final Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card the day of the event. 
Deposits WILL NOT be refunded for any charter canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departures without exception.
Cancellation Policy:  In the event of cancellation of a charter by the operator due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or other Force Majeure event the responsible entities listed will make every good faith effort to reschedule. Idylwild Enterprises, LLC shall make the final determination, in its sole discretion, in all matters of scheduling and assume no responsibility for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation.  
If the customer cancels the charter, the customer will be charged the full price of the scheduled charter plus any applicable sales tax.
Liability: Idylwild Enterprises, LLC, dba Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware, LLC, or dba Kathleen D Sailing Catamaran or dba Idylwild Sailing Catamaran, or Waypoint Ventures, LLC, liability is limited to the consideration (fee) paid by the customer.

Public Sails
Day Sails: $46.80 per person / $45 cash or check payment
Sunset Sails, Sunday: Friday: $46.80 per person / $45 cash or check payment
Sunset Sail, Saturday: $52 per person / $50 per person per hour cash or check payment
Private Charters: 
Regular Private Charters: $52 per person per hour / $50 per person per hour cash or check payment. Minimum charge for 10 persons for 2 hours. 15% gratuity on charter fee additional.
Private Sunset Sails Sunday- Friday: $936 / $900 cash or check payment. 15% gratuity on charter fee additional.
Private Sunset Sail Saturday: $1040 / $1000 cash or check payment. 15% gratuity on charter fee additional.

Adult: $87.50 per person / $84.14 per person cash and check payment. Includes 6.5% FL sales tax.
Child: $65.34 per person / $62.83 per person cash and check payment. Includes 6.5% FL sales tax.
