We love Halloween on the Cat! If you’re looking for a ghoulishly good time in St. Petersburg, FL this Halloween, here are some of our recommendations for spooky shenanigans for all ages – from family-friendly events to the spookiest of haunted houses.
Halloween Events in St. Pete
Old Northeast Scare Zone
Any St. Pete local knows that this is THE neighborhood to be at on Halloween night. Located behind Sunken Gardens and open to the public, this giant annual celebration features open porches, trick-or-treating, elaborately decorated yards, even a mad scientist’s lab and a replica of the sinking Titanic! There is no cost to enter, but please note that roads are partially blocked off so pedestrians can wander and enjoy the festivities.
The Haunted Graveyard
Caution…enter at your own risk!
Here you will find hardcore ghouls, zombies, horror movie animatronics of Freddie Kreuger and other famous film frighteners – all at a private home located at 5821 43rd Street. The Haunted Graveyard is not for those easily spooked, so leave all scaredy cats at home (especially the kids!).
ARTpool Gallery Halloween Spooktacular Costume Bash
At this annual costume bash you will enjoy amazing art and a runway show featuring tons of spooky glamour! General admission is $15 advanced purchase and $20 at the door.
